Apparently the RPG has a reasonable delay between pulling the trigger and the rocket exiting the tube. Could be the result of militia level training?

RPGs have an Arming distance. This explosion wasn’t caused by the launched RPG. But instead an incoming explosive round. Probably a tank
And when I had seen this video previously it was marked from syria
