They’re all Unis with a big WP element in their intake. If you could swap cohorts with many unis / courses that hit the numbers I’d bet the outcomes would swap too.

How the hell are they supposed to judge that? Is it based on getting a job relevant to your degree? What counts as relevant?
Presumably Boris’s classics degree would fail under these proposals.
