So how is everybody dealing with the energy crisis? Me: not great. Any tips to reduce consumption? Currently on track to pay 4300 euros more per year…

1. Gebruik een verbruikmeter en kijk waar je veel op verbruikt .

   Sluipverbruik (toestellen op standby) kan 10% van je rekening zijn dus daar kan je ook op letten.

   Coronacrisis opgezet spel om ons koopkracht helemaal weg te nemen. Welk doorsnee werkman en vrouw gaat nog een alleenstaand kunnen kopen?

4. €250/quarter at the moment. Went up from €180/month a year ago.
   Don’t really know the real price.

   Last year (August 2020-August 2021) We used about 3800 kWh (1650 kWh on day counter, 2150 kWh on night counter).

   This year we’re on track for about the same usage. Only difference is we went from variable contract of “Vlaamse Energieleverancier” to “luminus” because of them going out of business.
   Prices are worse, but the new contract is cheaper for nightly energy usage, where our previous contract had the same price for both night and day energy.

5. This is for every 3 months though not per month? How do you calculate 4.5k extra?
