  1. Has Russia always been this psychotic? Imagine hosting tv shows discussing the destruction of another country because they won't follow your rules? Do families gather together to watch this insanity? My heart goes out to Russian children. Those poor buggers don't stand a chance under Putin's cult of hatred.

  12. Starsky I just listened to a podcast by "The Atlantic" on propaganda INSIDE the US, Senate, Congress and Europe. It's not highly specific, but worth noticing.
    If my memory of history is even close to correct, torture and worse has been taught, used in Russia/USSR and Czarist times consistently.
    Propaganda is sneakier these days, amplifying social, religious and ethnic differences to emotionally manipulate people around the world.
    As for the "catching of bombs" in Belgorod, well, Ukraine can "miss" as much as humanly possible. 👍🇺🇦🔱🇨🇦

  25. There is a direct line from the mongol armies who subjugated the east to the Ruzzians today. The mongols used to camp outside of a city and give them two options – surrender and become vassals and slaves or everyone would be killed and the city destroyed. This is basically what ended the Persian empire and the Kyivan Rus.
    The muscovites chose to debase themselves and offer their bodies up into slavery, unlike those previous examples. Now, given the power of the Mongols and the demonstrations all around them, I wouldn’t judge this decision. Ruzzians, however, have this cowardice in their cultural memory so feel they have to flex at every turn.
    But the main problem is that when the Mongols left, of their own accord (internal politics, kinda like Rome leaving Britain), rather than celebrate the chance to be free, they just dumped the Boyars and Tzars right into the still warm slave holder seats left by the Mongols. Other people rise up against their oppressors and shed their slave-minded fatalism when they get a chance at freedom, Ruzzians don’t. They don’t like freedom, they prefer the authoritarian nazi-type leadership. Every time they have had the opportunity to be free, they turned it down. And just like the Mongols, if someone doesn’t surrender and throw themselves gratefully at the feet of the orc troops, they try to destroy everything and kill everyone. The world needs to wake up. Russia needs to be destroyed. A good start might be to totally destroy the military capability of Iran and North Korea. There needs to be a statement made to show that we won’t accept them helping the orc terrorists. We can’t do that directly to Russia because we didn’t take the opportunity in 1991 to denuclearise them. The North Korean nukes shouldn’t be too hard to eradicate with a preventive conventional strike. Once those two are dealt with, ramp up the punishment for sanctions busting – Tell India and China they need to behave or their economies will collapse. Then make the orc economy crumble while supporting Ukraine to the maximum extent short of NATO tanks driving across red square.
    That way we can restore peace to most of the world.

The only issue i can see with using the f16 in russian air space is the wide range of air to surface and air to air weapons that are mostly American made being given the clearance to be fired once inside russian air space!. The amraams , side arms and jassm -er to name a couple are widely stocked in most nato countries that are providing the f16 and America will not want a fully loaded f16 falling into russian territory or even air combat over russia is a tough decision they will have to make
