    He is not stupid he knows the real risks and threat to him so wearing a bulletproof vest is a sensible thing to do.

    In this day and age, everyone should be wearing a bulletproof vests for their individual safety. Just last in London a child was caught in crossfire from bullet in a daylight in London a city that claimed to be the best liveable place.

    That child ain’t threat to no one and doesn’t seem have any enemies but clearly this report and his government hate Putin so it would be wise for him to wear a bulletproof vest.
