1. It doesn’t matter if local authorities won’t prosecute. People haven’t been trying to hide when stealing.

2. Are they stealing the employees now?

3. You need to be able to prosecute crime. You can evidence but if they will be released next day to commit crimes again, there is no point.

   America has a problem. They will jail someone for years for having weed in his pocket but refuse to jail someone for having stolen goods of same $ amount.

4. This is a win win for corporate. Distribute body cameras to thwart shoplifters and have employees wear a constant reminder that big brother is watching

5. Go to the UK and it’s quite common place for ALL employees to wear body cams.

   Tesco cashiers wear body cams now.
