Incredibly depressing this shit happens, the infrastructure for cyclists is bad enough for thugs to be pulling this shit too.
Bollards are fine as an interim solution while a more permanent one is implemented, but a are no substitute for a segregated cycle lane. Properly segregated lanes do not need to be costly or take a long time to implement. and it is fucking insane that so many have not been updated.
