Boris made it worse, however you only have to look at Cameron and Osborne to see that corruption is not new, such a kowtowing to China or their post-politics jobs and connections (Greenshill and Blackrock respectively). Johnson has definitely made the practice more open for scrutiny but he is just doing what those before him started.
Today’s Conservative party is a criminal organisation effectively masquerading as a political party.
