Jesus Christ, it’s like the red scare all over again, Russia aren’t going to cut the telecommunication cables, it would be a declaration of war.
We could probably do with a few days/weeks off reddit. God help us all if the connection to the hub etc is cut though

There are at least 9no. cables in the vicinity of the planned exercises from what I can see. I also note the fact that these exercises are planned for the 3rd – 8th of February, while the US is predicting the Russians will attack Ukraine by mid-February. Anyone who doesn’t think this is co-ordinated hasn’t been paying much attention to Russia over the last ten years. I recommend ‘Shadow State: Murder, Mayhem, and Russia’s Remaking of the West’ by Luke Harding.
Ah shite, Dying Light 2 is out in a week, i guess Ukraine will have to be a happy new region in Russia, cant be having cables cut now
