Basically the leaders of the defense, midfield, and attack.
Ter Stegen should be Captain and Gundogan Vice Captain. I know it’s only Gundo’s 2nd year here but he was a treble-winning captain last season. I want someone with his mentality of accountability to be captain so that his words carry more weight in the changing room (so that players like Araujo can’t fight with him as much).
I see where this comes for but isn’t it a bad idea when looking at the future? In one year 2/3 of this core will probably be gone.
