   This is why we can’t have nonsensical limits to where we can operate. Because if we say place ‘x’ will not see military action then all the terrorists will just rush into that area. This also is just yet another example among endless others on how they use civilians as human shields. If they actually cared about the lives of their citizens they wouldn’t be inside or coming from these civilian dense places.
