Russia Threatens To Strike French Forces

Russia says that they are ready to kill French military trainers in Ukraine with the Kremlin saying no instructor involved in training the Ukrainian military has immunity it doesn’t matter whether they’re French or not and there’s no dispute over whether or not Western trainers are legitimate targets everyone knows they are but by announcing this repeatedly Russia is trying to seed the thought of a rapid escalation that will lead to nuclear war in hopes of frightening democracies but currently Western governments seem generally unfazed by Russia’s escalating threats in response to allowing Ukraine to fire into Russia and sending trainers the head of Germany’s defense committee being asked what happened if a Russian fighter jet is shot down by a western weapon in Russian airspace to which he replied it only means that Russia will have one less plane and a Ukrainian politician said I’ve been hearing about nuclear escalation since the first day first it was if Ukraine gets migs from Poland he’s going to use nukes then it was the himars then Patriots then tanks he’s just a bully and she is right I mean at one point Putin threatened to use nukes over stingers and it’s his own fault that he’s brought about this threat fatigue by constantly drawing these red lines with disappearing ink

First it was ‘if Ukraine gets MIGs from Poland, he’s going to use nukes.’ Then it was the HIMARS, then Patriots, then tanks. He’s just a bully.” And she’s right. At one point, Putin threatened to use nukes over Stingers. He has induced threat fatigue by constantly drawing these red lines with disappearing ink.
