That’s so sad. I’m glad she’s on the upswing though.
It’s terrible to lose the person you are and be forced to accept a new version of yourself. That’s chronic illness though. It can strike anyone.
There are no healthy celebs nowadays.

Some new Lupus meds entering phase 3 trials which will hopefully be available 2028. dazodalibep is the one I’m watching closest.
Lupus is no joke and it seems to always have an additional disorder along with it. Long Covid presents in similar characteristics, affecting the autoimmune system.
I wonder if her having a baby caused the big flair up. After my baby my thyroid went through HELL, I’ve read before about pregnancy making autoimmune issues worse OR better!
