2. Fortune Magazine is truly corrupt, and in bed with Republican interests. In this case, they are fanning the flames of a manufactured generation war.

It’s not a showdown with anyone.  It’s their houses and their money to modify them.  The issue is the environmental movement and zoning laws that have stopped home building for nearly 20 years in a lot of the country, especially the parts of the political map that are blue.  Try to build housing in CA or WA and see what the constraints and costs are.

4. And they’ll still be like “why don’t I have any grandkids”

5. What should boomers do? Just sell their houses & go off & die somewhere? I remember during the pandemic boomers were talking about continuing to work so the economy would still function for the other generations…I thought it was silly then & flawed even now, but calling them idiots then & when it turns out they were right about the economy, getting mad at them for not selling their houses is hypocritical at best

6. The renovations include land mines and machine guns to keep the zombies out.
