One thing that the F-16 can’t do is carry heavy ordnance, like the Storm Shadow or SCALP missiles.
The 2000-5 variant of the Mirage **can** carry the SCALP. Currently Ukraine has to Jury-rig them under their ~~MIGs~~, the Mirages will seriously expand the amount of Platforms for using those. *(Not migs, Ukraine uses their SU-24’s for that. A high maintenance plane…)*
