When requesting autorisation-etablissement it is assumed that the company doesn't yet exist, but I need to pretend that it already does when I fill out for which company I am making the request, right (when I called the RCS they told me I should have the permission before I send them the documentation to fund the company)? Thus the only thing I should be sure about is that the company name doesn't exist already, which I can confirm via RCS?

At the end of the process of finishing the autorisation-etablissement there is a list of documents I need to attach. The "ticked" documents are the ones that are obligatory as far as I understand. What I am not sure off is:
a. where do I attach these documents? There doesn't seem to be like an attach documents field anywhere. Do I need to send them in after I submit the autorisation-etablissement via my guichet or will there be an ability to attach them after I complete the autorisation-etablissement form? https://imgur.com/ADkIPUY
b. the "Catalogue des pièces jointes" also features the "Timbre de chancellerie" (as in a payment I need to do so my request will be processed). But it seems that is not a part of the obligatory documents. Thus I guess I don't need to pay / submit it? https://imgur.com/2TBgnPf
