They were literally marching with covid denying nutters and all sorts of BS conspiracy wankers. What the actual fuck.
(There were actual “covid hoax” banners at marches today)
Easy fix. Keep the unvaccinated staff to treat the unvaccinated.
Vaccinated staff can be kept safe then.
It has gone too far to say this will be dropped completely, too much embarrassment for those involved, but it needs to be dropped completely. We now know the vaccines have little if any effect on infection and subsequent transmission so a vaccine mandates makes zero sense. Many of us got one or two doses thinking it would significantly reduce our chances of being infected and passing it to someone vulnerable. Beyond that, the NHS simply cannot afford to loose tens of thousands of staff!

Private companies are already placing the non vaxxed on ssp when on sick its only a mater of time.

if Staff are not vaccinated would you want then treating your 80-year old mum I know I wouldn’t it’s not all myself it’s other people you got to look out for they had long enough to get it, and they also have to have a hepatitis b injection before they become a health service worker so what’s the f****** difference
