Actually, in the late early eighties, I actually was known as the Evel Knievel of my cul-de-sac because of my l33t BMX Skillz. Unfortunately I was usurped when one of the dads bought his son junior a Puch 50cc Trial Bike and he became known as Street Hawk. 😞

Playing Trivial Pursuit in the 90’s and a question came up about who attempted to jump Snake River Canyon on a rocket.
The answer was obviously Evil Knievel, but the guy asking the question said that was wrong, put the card to the back of the box and tried to move on.
Obviously there was a dispute and, to cut a long story short, he didn’t accept Evil Knievel as the answer because he thought it was [as he pronounced it] *Evvle Neville*. 🤦♂️
YOU CANT PARK THERE MATE
Because of one Christmas annual I got as a kid this will always be “Beware of low-flying motorbikes”.

For context I’m 20, I few people I know call it this
‘Tactical Contact’ for all the moped crimes.
or: ‘No Boomer stuff’, since young people more worried about environment and/or can’t afford to drive as much as older generations.
