True Patriots who risked their lives to preserve our democracy honoring a man with more honor, courage, dignity and BALLS than the entire MAGA party combined!
Thank you for sharing, that gave me chills.
This is the sentiment America needs. Take away the Reddit-approved comments of ‘fuck republicans’ or the Fox News ‘fuck democrats’ crap and just realize that we’re privileged and blessed to live where we do, when we do. Bless those who served and gave for we future generations, bless our current serving force and bless Zelensky and those bleeding to defend their home and global democracy.
These WW2 veterans know the score. Sadly they have seen this global show before. They know all too well what can happen. It’s tragic that some of their maga boomer children can’t understand.
the most fucking resilient guy i’ve ever seen.

This is the most moving video I have seen in a long time. Two warriors, two freedom fighters, joined by circumstances, a meeting 80 years in the making.
Hey, the old guy gets it. Zelinsky is one of them. He is like them. Separated by 80 years and half a continent, but Zelinsky understands war and death. He sees it all day every day. And the old vet sees Zelinsky as a guy like himself. Standing up to naked aggression and tyrriny, cluster munitions, white phosphorus rounds, assasination attempts, sketchy weapons donors, very brave soldiers who are tired and broken and still answering the call. The old vet gets it.
My body shakes, I get goosebumps and I feel cold. My eyes turn wet. Bring the aggressor to their knees. My dissent for people backing russia looks like the sole of my boots, and I hit them with it in their faces.
