forecasters have revealed when snow will fall today as temperatures across the UK plunge whilst Brits were able to enjoy 20° Sunshine yesterday cold Arctic air is set to sweep across the country Met Office meteorologist Aiden mcgiven said Wednesday would be when the coldest air arrives especially across Northern parts of the UK the snow is likely to start falling from 8:00 a.m. he said what we’re looking at is 600 M potentially for Wednesday showers across Scotland and perhaps a far north of England for some snows be falling he also added that this wasn’t particularly unusual for June he continued we checked with our climate experts and they’ve suggested this happens snow on the Scottish mountains every 3 to 5 years it’s pretty interesting to be talking about snow for the first time in a few weeks if not months but nothing especially unusual about it temperatures are looking to only reach a high of 16° in London and 15° in Norwich but most of the country work up to the Mercury in single figures the Met said there was a chance of heavy and blustery showers today while the South would remain drier
