May I add one more positive development, for your consideration? The new advocacy playing field that is opening up as we speak, enable by the methane satellites as well as low cost methane sniffer drones.
Paired-up with an emerging corner of the movement pressing on thus-discovered sources, visibility allows the strategic use of the 80/20 Rule: Beat on the 20% of the sources causing 80% of the emissions.
Not only in the oil patch, now revealed to be under-reported, but also cattle and dairy, and landfills. Great news, IMHO!
