hello everyone! my partner is an antique photo collector and we recently acquired this photo postcard. at first we thought it was polish, but when we gave it to someone who was polish to translate, she suggested it may be lithuanian. can anyone help us translate this? thank you!

Its probably Latvian, it has letters that looks like from latvian alphabet and some words that reads/sounds lithuanian, but are shortened in latvian way.
