Is this a Motta effect or a Giuntoli effect?
Of course I am not a fan of anyone losing their jobs. That being said The reluctance to change is why we are in the shape we are now. Things come in cycles and we need a new cycle. Let’s see where this one takes us, change isn’t always a bad thing
