Maybe three weeks ago or more I tried to make sima, I think kinda f***d it up, cause I let it be too long before I put it in freezer. Then I forgot about it and now I was stupid enough to drink glass of this fluid before googling. There are talks about botulism bacteria and now I am totally scared! It didn’t taste as great as sima brought in stores but it wasn’t awful also. Bottle wasnt pressurised but there still were bubbles when poured.
Do you guys know what happens when you drink too old sima, what will happen to me :S
TL, DR: I drank very old homebrew sima and am afraid now
Botulism is rare. PS. It’s June now, not the beginning of May. Why do I need to see posts about Sima now?
