Putin says Russia does not need to use nuclear weapons to defeat Ukraine

У нас сейчас идёт очень применение не применение в каком случае применять У нас есть ядерная доктрина и там всё написано Я вот вчера только там разговаривал с руководителями этих информационных агентств я об этом сказал у нас там всё написано это применение возможно в исключительном именно в исключительном случае в случае угрозы суверенитету и территориально страны в исключительных случаях Я не считаю что такой случай наступил и нет Такой необходимости Но это доктрина это живой инструмент и мы внимательно смотрим за тем что происходит в мире вокруг нас и не исключаем внесения каких-то изменений в эту доктрину если не дай Бог дойдёт до каких-то ударов то все же должны понимать что вот У России есть система спр система по предупреждению раннего предупреждения о ракетном нападении у США есть больше в мире нигде такой системы развитой нет У нас есть в Европе развитой системы Нет они в этом смысле более или менее беззащитны это первое второе второе мощность ударов у нас наши тактическое ядерное оружие в три раза мощнее вче чем использованные американцами бомбы в против херосима и Нагасаки в три в четыре раза у нас по количеству их в разы больше и на европейском Континенте и даже если американцы привезут свои США у нас всё равно в разы больше но если дойдёт не дай богда чтобы очень не хотелось я переключись вопрос теперь по поводу того что мы поставляем оружие мы пока не поставляем пока но мы оставляем за собой право это делать тем государствам либо даже каким-то легальным структурам которые испытывают определённое давление на себе в том числе и военного характера со стороны тех стран которые поставляют оружие на Украину и призывают их использовать против нав нашей российской территории нет если они поставляют в зону боевых действий и призывают использовать по нашей территории это оружие почему же мы тогда не имеем права делать тоже самое зеркально на это [аплодисменты] отвечать ну сказать что вот мы завтра будем это делать Я тоже не готов потому что в любом случае любая такая поставка сопряжена с целым рядом с целым рядом обстоятельств которые так или иначе влияют на определённые регионы мира и мы должны конечно об этом подумать

President Vladimir Putin said on Friday Russia had no need to use nuclear weapons to secure victory in Ukraine, the Kremlin’s strongest signal to date that the conflict will not escalate into a nuclear war.

When asked if Russia should hold a “nuclear pistol to the temple” of the West over Ukraine, Putin said:

“The use is possible in an exceptional case – in the event of a threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. I don’t think that such a case has come. There is no such need.”

He added the country reserved the right to supply weapons to countries hostile to the West, as it would “mirror” the actions of the West supplying weapons to Ukraine.

This guy has lied and killed so much and is persona non grata to every serious nation and leader except to the third world that want only his money, pariah states, and a couple Eurasian countries that are using him for his cheap energy. His time is limited too, things are getting hot around him, and the temperature is only going up.

  5. Putin has been a victim of his own propaganda. For one, in the actual reasoning. And indoctrinated in the old soviet union agenda. That being said he adapted to the attrition of the war, and gone back to the old way of thinking. Nothing more than copying his predecessors after his management of it, proved disastrous. Unlike what propaganda claims the country has adapted and have grown stronger. Using the good old numbers and disposable will prevail. Ukraine has better soldiers, they just cant keep up. But to return to what he said. You dont need to use nuclear you already leveled the entire country.

  11. I believe russia can win without nuke. It easy to understand. But currently Russia will have to struggle because theyre in a military operation. Although russia has key victorious objective such as the donbass region, they are in a position to attack or negotiate peace under their terms. It can change if ukraine manage to retake the Donbass region but that not happening. Russia can defeat urkaine with just some simple tactic. Right now Russia has not declared war upon ukraone, so russia cannot strike anywhere in ukraine since all of ukraine is not deemed a warzone. Only military target where ukrainian soldiers are stationed at within ukraine border that can only be considered a military target. In this military operation, russia cannot do strike nato supply going into ukraine by Air, sea and ground. Russia cannot strike nato trucks the moment it enters ukriane, nor can they can sunk nato ships supplying ukraine by sea or striking nato plane dropping supply for ukraine. All this is illegal because russia has not declare war on Ukraine. In this military operation, russia is hoping to end this conflict with negotiation using the donbass region as leverage threatening to take it as theirs if Ukraine do not negotiate, that should exolain why russua decided to held a referendum and annexed it even though UN did not recognize it. It is a move to make ukraine negotiate peace to gain donbass back if they agree to russian terms of conditions. Remember, This is not a formal war, it a military conflict, so this mean ukraine have no authority to surrender since theyre not at war, they can only negotiate or push russia out of ukraine. Russia can confidently win if they have a reasonaable excuse to declare war on ukraine. Right now they have to put up with military operation since they cant declare war. The russian government wont allow it, even putin have to heed the law of it government to show his people that he is not a dictator. So Putin need ukraine to declared war on Russia or ukraone need to do something damaging to russia in order to give russia a reasonable excuse to declare war. For example, if Ukraine sent a barrage of missile and killed russian civilians in huge casualties, this would be enough reason for russia to declare war. When war is declared, it changes many thing in the frontline that you people have not seen since world war 2. It not the nuke, nuke wont be used, that only for big war now, not small war between two country. What a war would help Russia in is that it will make russia be able to legally strike anywhere in Ukraine. If nato send supply to Ukraine by sea with it ships, they will be sunked down the moment it enter Ukraine seazone, if Nato send supply to Ukraine by air, they will be shot down the moment they enter ukraine airspace, if nato send trucks with supply the moment it enter ukriane, they will be bombed. Right now you gotta think why ukriane was able to keep fighting, It is because nato and america was able to fund them weapons without interruption. But that will change once war is declared, nato will no longer be immune to being attack inside Ukraine once the whole country is declared a warzone. That is why declaring war has to be very reasonable and a last resort because it put the whole nation jeopardy of being striked militarily. This also apply to russia too and not only to Ukraine, but looking at the situation, russia has more an advantage in this since they dominate ukraine in every aspect by sea, air and ground and even the economic aspect. Ukriane is very dependent on nato for supply of weapns and aids, if russia destroyed them, then Ukraine will not be able to armed much against russian making Ukraine lose more than half of their military equipment in the process of a war. Ukriane needs these weapon the most and if they cant get them, they will eventually lose. Urkaine dont have a navy to protect nato shipment or an airforce to defend nato plane dropping aids, and in the ground force, it a 50/50 situation since russia likely will not strike toward ukraine-nato border in a war as it is too close. Russia wins in many aspect if war is declared, that is why nato have always reminded ukriane not to strike deeply into Russia because that would give russia a reasonable excuse to declare war on Ukraine and put nato personnel lives in danger. That why Putin said the nuke is not needed to defeat ukriane, he only mentioned it alot toward nato since he dont want nato to join in the war as that would only create world war 3 to which he hse likely use a nuke. This military operation can only end in one way and jt either ukraine push russia out or peace negotiation. It end in negotiations regardless. It depends who owns most of thr Donbass region, if Ukraine retake most of it back, they can negotiate peace under their own term to which Russia will have to agree upon.

  26. Of course not. However they do need them to defeat (or at least deter) the United States. All others in NATO are easily crushed by Russia; only the US requires the "big stick" to keep it in check.
