3. It really is crazy what we’re doing to the planet. Corporations truly are just the worst. We’re slaves to the dollar, and the world will end by its effects on us all.

5. Think of how many VHS and DVD copies of the Jurassic Park series and Independence Day or CD and LP’s of the Big Chill soundtrack are floating around in the ocean?

6. Just recently Ocean Conservancy said they’d pulled 28 million pounds of trash out of the ocean. Once I heard that news I was certain it was a bad situation and probably a lot worse than just 30 million pounds

7. Does anyone else ever sit back and try and imagine just how pristine and beautiful the earth was before all this? Random thoughts like that pop in my head when I can’t sleep and it’s heartbreaking.
