This American Marine Corps veteran recently returned to Ukraine thanks to a donor who used airline miles to cover his flight cost. He is now back with his military unit on the front lines.
Airline costs can be prohibitive for many foreign volunteers and keeps qualified people from going to help Ukraine. Protect A Volunteer helps through our flights program, where we connect donors to volunteers directly. Donors book flights and cover the costs for the volunteer using airline miles or by paying for the flight in cash.
