Hi, I’d like some clarification on some things 🙂

1-“Nutzungsvertrag” just means registering and making an account and using it, correct? And does the “Vertrag” in the third line under “Widerrufsbelehrung” refer to the same thing?

2- What they’re saying here is that if I make a mo.pla account (or if I subscribe to any product) I can cancel it within 14 days without providing a reason, and after 14 days I can also cancel it but i need to provide a reason. Is my understanding correct?

3- I don’t understand the information in the second picture regarding the Deutschland ticket. What do they mean?

    First picture: informing you about your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, however you will have to pay 49 Euro admin fee if you’re canceling the Deutschlandticket within that period. (Second picture)

    Third picture states that you shouldn’t be an idiot and delete the app and think that that’s enough to cancel the Deutschlandticket or any other contract you have with them (monthly
    Ticket or whatever). A regular cancellation incurs no extra fees from what is shown there.
