I see the tip on one of pointing down too. It’s perfectly normal for them to be pointing in slightly different angles. They don’t have to be identical.

In this case, the left one is an adult and right is a fledgling and still has alot of its downy feathers. This are shed eventually as the full adult plumage comes through.
The left tit looks a bit nicer though. Shape is more important than size.
