11. That's not how to respond to a young person who's just asked a question. Shouting back in their face isn't the way to do it. Rishi lost it there. He doesn't seem to care. Then got bundled out of the door.
    They should have stopped what they were doing and calmly answered the question if they had any idea how to engage with young people.

Hard times are required for most of these guys to teach them value of what's important in life .. start contributing to the society that's supported them for 25 years.
