  1. It seems that none of those kids are Palestinian, so no one gives a damn.

  2. Move along people, nothing to see here. Only a real genocide but they are not the right type of victim.

  3. UN will get right on that. It’s only been an ongoing issue for a generation or so.

  4. Incredibly tragic… Not sure I believe the UN though. But the situation in Sudan is awful….. Humans are the worst.

  5. Look, if these kids aren’t white, did it really happen?

  6. Interesting that the only comments in here are about Palestine. If you actually cared, you wouldn’t have brought it up.

There are plenty of things to talk about when it comes to Sudan. Like how the US needs to put pressure on the UAE backing the RSF as well as SA and Russia who are backing the RSF, and how Biden has handled Sudan in the lead up to the current civil war. Senators from both sides have been grilling Biden for his handling of Sudan just days ago. However in the US defense, it’s a complicated situation. Which means there’s a lot to talk about.

College kids in America are at the bottom of the list of things to discuss when it comes to Sudan. The US hasn’t provided weapons for either side in the conflict, so it’s not a 1:1 to Israel, regardless.

Stop pretending like you actually care for anything else than to score imaginary points for your side, it’s pretty shameful behavior.

  7. If anyone wants to help this poor children and people, put the palestine sticker on it..

  8. If it’s non-white vs non-white, Democrats dont care. As soon as a supposed “white” race is involved, then all hell breaks loose because the whites are automatically the oppressor.

  9. These kids were killed in part because of a resource rush between richer nations trying to exploit Sudan. The greed of the powerful is disgusting.

  10. Sorry there aren’t clear racial differences so the media can’t exploit the situation.

  11. Maybe we should ask the Israeli government to drop a bomb or two on Sudan so people start giving a shit about the situation there.

  12. OK, tankies and anarchists, where you at?

    Be consistent.

  13. The SAF is from what I’ve heard fair from a paragon of virtue, but the RSF seem to be the worse of the two. If the RSF is really just a formalized Janjaweed militia, that’s enough for me to hope the SAF win. Anyone know if there are any external powers with a dog in this fight, or is this likely going to be a purely internal conflict?

  14. I love how every top comment in here is a snarky comment about Israel/Gaza and how “people don’t care because it’s not Israel”, but literally all they’re contributing is using Sudan as a reason to push their own views on Israel/Gaza.

They’re accusing others of not giving a shit, but they also don’t give a shit, it’s just a bad faith whataboutism.

Actually give a shit about what’s going on in Sudan? Then discuss what’s going on in Sudan.

  15. Damn Israel, if only they didn’t engage a terrorist Palestinian Islamist group in this area these ppl wouldn’t have been.. oh this isn’t Jew/Palestinian related? I guess we can just shrug.. this isn’t happening

  16. If you know where Sudan is located you’ll know why this ain’t news

  17. WTF kind of animals does it take to butcher children? Answer: Religious animals.

  18. > More than a year into the war in Sudan, roughly half of the country’s population — **some 25 million people — are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance**. In their worst-case outlooks, humanitarian agencies say **4 million children may be facing acute malnutrition, and 2.5 million could die of hunger.**

    >It’s a man-made humanitarian disaster that aid agencies say has been **largely ignored by the world amid the ongoing wars in Gaza and Ukraine.**

    Enough said.

  19. That’s horrible which I know goes without saying but still.
