Ah yes the poor victim Post Office and chad Fujitsu… Please.
Ban Fujitsu from taking any contracts ever again and find something to charge the scum leadership of the Post Office over the last 20 years then jail them/strip them of assets to lessen the blow to the taxpayer (even if tiny, I don’t care they deserve nothing).
This is basically true of any company that has not got a good vendor lock in avoidance strategy, particularly in IT. Once all your business systems are totally dependent on one company you have to give them a blank cheque. That is why it is so important to have someone who knows IT on the board, so many director level decisions makers just eat up whatever shit an IT salesperson is laying down.
Fuji should see their people in prison… Remove all contracts!
Then ban Fujitsu from any contract in the UK, and seize their UK assets for compensation. I’m sure that as soon as that was seriously suggested the tune would change.
