I spoke with someone who was acting as the assistant commissioner and he said they often hear the scribbling which indicates you are not just writing numbers.
Dude took a photo, got a few smiles from his stupid buddies, and will never contribute to the positive change the country needs.

Technically when you drew a penis you are just putting on their true face.
You can draw a penis and have laugh or go along for the charade and suck dick till the next election.
This was the local councils ballot by the looks of it .. there were no independents on mine. Just pricks, some rotten vaginas and one who cannot get his duck up but love dick.
Anyone who thinks there is anything left saving is delusional. Yes go vote so they can pretend they have a democracy in Europe. No votes means no mandate ..
Btw, on the spur of the moment, Mintoff from ABBA got a 5. Sure he aborted a few chicken but at least he showed some spunk, in a country which has none.

A non-vote is still a vote, just in the abstract sense. It’s seeing the options and going “I don’t want anything to do with this situation”. It is still a protest vote. I voted normally in the EU elections, but I wrote “Dark Souls 2 is a shitshow” and “I like fat cocks in my ass” on my local council ballot cause jesus christ there wasn’t anyone I wouldn’t punch in the throat on that list.
