ahead of time determined each the roles of each there is no doubt that in reality they have no concern whatsoever for the humanitarian situation in Ukraine no concern whatsoever regarding the suffering of civilians in that country or especially in the bordering territories of Russia in principle they don’t have any concern for this anywhere in the world for the United States and European countries are fighting not for Ukraine but rather for their so-called leadership for the first furtherance of their geopolitical agendas a stark example of this is the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza have there been many open meetings on this question have they been initiated by Western delegations and yet the number of the Dead there has already long surpassed 30,000 people however for for those concerned purely uh uh uh concerned purely with domestic political parochial agendas in those countries our Western colleagues are have no concern for Gaza which is being raised to the ground wiped from the earth and this is another inconvenient issue for this such double standards are shameful another confirmation of the egregious hypocrisy of the West is the fact that they work poetic about the humanitarian consequences of the conflict in Ukraine and at the same time Western capitals have been deliberately continuing to escalate the situation uh uh allocating for their protes in Kiev giving them cart blanch for the use of NATO Weaponry against the territory of our country uh what are utterly false are the statements of Western countries about their aspiration for peaceful and sustained resolution to the conflict what they have proposed as a resolution is not a peace formula but rather a formula for war and bloodshed at the heart of this is a primitive attempt to advance an ultimatum to the Russian Federation and the advancement of this as a conference the conference in the Swiss city of burgenstock is nothing other than a propagandistic hangout among friends with zero added value it is increasingly clear to more and more members of the International Community that any discussions on issues uh related to Russia’s sovereignty and security are futile if they are carried out without Russia’s representation without taking into account its interests Western pseudo peacekeepers have Oran organized yet another anti-russian gathering and they have discredited their been wounded 83 are children and the shelling reached its peak in the period of from December 2023 to Jui to June 2024 during the New Year’s holidays a cynical crime was perpetrated in bilood a target a strike targeted the center of the city 25 people died four were children including two entire families on the 12th of May as a result of of a combined strike with the use of the Czech vampire mlrs anti-personnel and cluster Munitions these are Munitions which do maximum damage specifically to civilian populations the systematic uh persecution of by Ukrainian uh by the Ukrainian militants is carried out with and and and and emergency service Personnel are being targeted as our Medics with the use of secondary stru in the areas where initial strikes take are carried out the sole purpose is to generate a humanitarian crisis in the region to instill fear in people and to make the lives of civilians unbearable Western members of the council are they do they have any care or concern about discussing these crimes perpetrated by the KY of authorities of course the lives of Russians are of no concern to Western States but neither we nor the Russian armed forces have any ention of tolerating this today we have once again heard more and more Western Tall Tales Fabrications about the use by evil Russians uh their weaponization of hunger and cold and their alleged deliberate destruction of schools hospitals uh the targeting of Ukrainian PWS and uh children uh the US Representative mentioned violence against Ukrainian PWS but he me mentioned this not because this is true but he mentioned this because the US is very well aware of what such torture against PS is they showed this in Guantanamo and Abu grabe and Afghanistan and they showed this with those uh examples clearly to the entire International Community uh but uh the this delegation has no concerns with trotting out Endless Lies Western do donors are eagerly reporting on the humanitarian assistance delivered to civilians and they are branding the Russian Federation for its refusal to Grant anry to biased uh pseudo human rights and humanitarian NOS to our territory Western countries continue to prefer to remain silent about the inconvenient issue of the frequent instances of theft and looting of humanitarian cargo a recent example was the Ukrainian mayor of the city of zosia uh taking upon himself to seize 2 shipping containers 389 Railway cars and 220 trucks with humanitarian assistance from Europe this is nothing other than yet another piece of evidence of these staggering levels of corruption in the K regime what is highly inconvenient for those who initiated today’s meeting is the issue of the record pace of humanitarian and socioeconomic recovery of the new Russian constituent territories now for our citizens and in the region I who have reunited with Russia uh conditions are being proactively established for a dignified future unprecedented Paces of modernization of civil of social infrastructure have been reached more than 2,000 social objects have been rebuilt and refurbished this includes two major universities schools kindergartens Health institutions and Facilities places of culture places of sport M clearance efforts are continued to be underway since March of 2022 in the population of the liberated areas of danet and lugansk people’s republics zapara and Heron oblasts received 158,000 tons of food and basic necessities more than 4,000 humanitarian initiatives and operations were carried out Russia will continue to fulfill our humanitarian obligations before the new citizens of our country irrespective of the lies and disinformation that are being disseminated by our foes in meetings such as today’s Mr President to conclude we wish to state that the main problem and the main threat to International Peace and security Remains the focus of the US and the European countes support in the US to continue the conflict in Ukraine at any cost with the aim of weakening Russia this is a highly dangerous policy and uh the statements about Western weapons being used without limitation on the territory of our country are in furtherance of the dangerous policy including uh discussions about more and more instructors being sent and even Western countries units to Ukraine the consequences of these Reckless actions absolutely need to be discussed at the executive Council we propose that this be done on the 14th of June thank you for your attention uh

At the time of Ukraine’s independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, Ukraine held the third-largest nuclear arsenal in the world, including an estimated 1,900 strategic warheads, 176 intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM's), and 44 strategic bombers. By 1996, Ukraine had returned all of its nuclear warheads to Russia in exchange for economic aid and security assurances, and in December 1994, Ukraine became a non-nuclear weapon state-party to the 1968 nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT). The last strategic nuclear delivery vehicle in Ukraine was eliminated in 2001 under the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START). It took years of political manoeuvring and diplomatic work, starting with the Lisbon Protocol in 1992, to remove the weapons and nuclear infrastructure from Ukraine.

    The Massandra Accords set the stage for the ultimately successful trilateral talks. As the United States mediated between Russia and Ukraine, the three countries signed the Trilateral Statement on January 14, 1994. Ukraine committed to full disarmament, including strategic weapons, in exchange for economic support and security assurances from the United States, Russia. And the UK. It was always thought that with such security assurances from Russia and especially the United States, nobody would seriously contemplate waging war or invading Ukraine.

    Unfortunately, when Russia invaded Crimea, everybody was caught with heir trousers down. For some reason, it was thought this could somehow be resolved by the United Nations despite Russia having a veto vote, which made the UN virtually ineffectual. Sensing that neither the UK nor USA had no intention of coming to Ukraine's aid as promised, Russia later invaded Ukraine despite continued prior promises and assurances that it had no intention of doing so. Had Ukraine been admitted to NATO to give her the promised security by the West, the Russian invasion would not have happened. But the US blocked Ukraine joining.

He will screw everyone over anyway,” one of Zelensky’s close associates summed up the essence of Johnson’s visit. There is much more behind this visit and Johnson’s words than just reluctance to engage in agreements with Russia. Johnson took the position that the collective West, which as recently as February had suggested that Zelensky should surrender and flee, now feels that Putin is not really as powerful as they had previously imagined. Moreover, there is an opportunity to put pressure on him. And the West wants to take it.”
