I wish that everyone cared this much. This year I have not seen but a few carpenter bees because all of the god damn bee traps.
How dyou pick them up? I do the same but I’ve been a bit afraid until now to do anything but scoop them up with whatever I have at hand (other than my hand).
Seeing people doing lovely things like this for bees really gives me a buzz!

Think I saw a dead one cling to lavender just now. At least four, five others were busily doing their thing in the same bush.
How did u even pick the poor bee up without it trying to attack you and get mad .
