baby reindeers stalker Fiona Harvey has sued Netflix for over 132 million over defamation Fiona understood to be the inspiration behind Richard Gad stalker in the hit show baby reindeer is now taking Netflix to court the BBC reported that she has filed a suit for defamation and is reportedly seeking over 132 million in Damages she also claimed that Netflix did not protect her identity the portrayal of Martha’s character played by Jessica gunning LED viewers to find her on social media she claimed she accused Netflix of using a lot of her own speech phrases that were easy to find on her old social media posts she claimed the show took minimal efforts to conceal her identity from viewers as they included the fact that Martha was a lawyer too she is now suing Netflix on numerous counts including defamation negligence intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of Rights of publicity following the series Harvey claimed that she has been constantly harassed and her reputation destroyed she has always strongly denied all accusations made in the show including those that she stalked or sexually assaulted Richard Gad
