1. Is this part of a plan for businesses to steal more of worker’s tips?

2. So , employers get to pay below minimum wage and now it’s tax free. The only impacted party is the average tax payers who is forced to supplement their income plus let’s be honest a majority of servers don’t claim tops in their tax return

3. Or we could increase the pay on service workers rather than rely on tips? Sounds crazy but I think that is what we should do. In most of the world, tipping is actually considered offensive and part of the reason is that most service workers make decent hourly wages.
