BREAKING The Russian army claims to have invaded Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast from Russia’s Kursk region (again) and to have captured the village of Ryzhivka. No confirmation from the Ukrainian side so far.

3. Brilliant decision, invading from multiple directions at once to strech their own forces out, because it worked out so well in 2022.

   They won’t be able to do anything, considering there’s also a huge multi layer defensive line also around that area, just not right at the border, just like Kharkiv.

6. That guy that took over for Shoigu is obviously the new Alexander. Absolutely brilliant to open another front right after the enemy is resupplied and just messed up an entire army 200 miles away.

7. If it’s that direction looks like they’ll use the Seym River to cover their right flank and seek to cut the P44 highway, which is only about 8km from the border, to disrupt Ukrainian logistics.

   Hope they fail. Doubt we’ll have much of a sense of it for 48-72 hours.
