1. Anyone have any idea what this might mean for Netanyahu?  I was under the impression that nothing changes?

   Gantz always stuck in the wrong place in the wrong time and acting in the wrong way. Story of his political career so far

   Both claim it is due to “politicized meddling in the war effort getting in the way of achieving military objectives”

4. Netanyahu had never been able to articulate a long term strategy/plan for what comes after Hamas is defeated.

   And there’s reports that he is loath to make important decisions as well

   It seems even some inside Israel are getting fed up with this.

6. On a practical level, not sure if it’s a “blow” to Netanyahu.

   Gantz doesn’t have the votes to bring down the government coalition, and now Bibi has full control of the war cabinet. He can freely please his far-right ministers now.
