  1. Welp the justice system in America is a joke it seems. The best thing we can do is vote him out again and waits till he kicks the bucket.

  2. I mean even if she did that. All that would do is send the case to the justice department directly. It wouldn’t change the team that’s under him. It wouldn’t really change much of anything.

  3. Isn’t it weird how that guy who leaked Ukraine intel has already been charged, convicted and sentenced, while Trump can just delay for years and years?

Just steal a shitton of classified and top secret documents on the day he leaves the office, which is an act that has absolutely no credible explanation, like how the fuck does MAGA even defend this? Its like if a cop just randomly emptied the police armory and stole their police vehicle when they got fired… its just so fucking stupid and clearly theft of public property.

But I guess its perfectly equivalent to Hillary being hacked by a foreign power, so if she isn’t charged then its unfair witch hunt, which justifies this circus.

  4. Looks like she’s doing all she can to delay and avoid making a decision.

If she rules that the special counsel is a valid appointment – that takes away a big talking point and argument from Trump. And likely draws his ire.

If she rules that the special counsel is invalid she will get overruled on appeal and it will be grounds to remove her.

She’s stuck, so her only move is to stall.

  5. I’m sorry. Is there a lawyer in the chat that can expound on why she’s able to hold the judicial process hostage without repercussions?

  6. I wish there was the same judge as the hush money trial. That guy was a progressive who even donated to Biden and other progressive causes.

  7. So is judge Aileen Cannon the head of Trump’s defense team? or is she like a legal assistant to the defense attorney?

  8. I’m not a lawyer but something fishy is going on here. I’m hoping Jack Smith is just giving her enough rope to hang herself.

  9. She’ll do whatever he tells her to. It’s long past time to have her removed from the case.

  10. She is really a bad choice to be a judge. When the Bar Association recommended she not be a judge, they were right.

  11. Not before swearing in a jury. If she dismisses it after that then it can’t be retried because of double jeopardy. Before that and Jack Smith can appeal and maybe get a new trial with a new judge

  12. By the dynamics of this whole process, sounds like a judge has more power than the whole government

  13. Isnt she the one who put the special counsel there to begin with ?

  14. She’d be removed from the case for sure. Without question.

  15. When does Justice come for the justice system?

  16. As soon as she makes a written order jack smith is going to make his move and have her removed.

  17. Worked for him with the muller report. Which was wrong.
