  1. >Russia is losing Russians

Have they looked between the cushions of the sofa? That’s where I always lose things.

  2. Russia is bleeding Russians and after what I’ve seen these war years, it’s not a big loss. Didn’t Putin himself say that most them would’ve drank themselves to death anyway

  3. You don’t say.

… I also suspect that they are losing a lot of young families – at least that is always my thought when I visit the local parks in Batumi, Georgia on weekends/in the evening when school is out. Never seen so many babies and young children in one place in my whole life. Hardly hear Georgian in the park any more.

  4. > President Vladimir Putin declared 2024 the “Year of the Family” and is paying subsidies to Russian women who have three or more children.

You know what helps with that? Not sending their husbands and sons to die for a pointless war of aggression which simultaniously fucks the economy so said children’s prospects look bleak.

  5. Good luck increasing the birthrate while simultaneously getting all of your breeding age men killed. Pretty sure those actions are mutually exclusive.

  6. That’s what happens when uncivilized morons fail to get with the times. This is not the age of the Mongol hordes or Viking raids anymore.

  7. I don’t see any problem here. (In positive means for us of course).

  8. This the same Russia that’s deporting refugees to Europe’s borders? The solution to their population decline is right there.

  9. Maybe look for them in the same spot you left your ‘three day special operation?’

  10. Russians are the modern day lemmings… sorta endless line jumping off the cliff…. 👊

  11. Maybe if they stopped killing their own citizens in illegal wars, that would help.

  12. Russia is a declining country for numerous reasons. The population decline has been happening for nearly 2 decades and can probably be traced back further to the fall of the Soviet Empire, which allowed talented Russians to flee to better opportunities around the world.

Recent events have only escalated the decline and it’s unlikely they will be able to turn it around, despite stealing tens of thousands of Ukrainian children in their war crimes.

My Russian friends say that the best and brightest have been leaving Russia in large numbers for over a decade.

China is waiting for any kind of upheaval to liberate their lands (Outer Manchuria) from Russian control.

Seizing Ukraine was a gamble to turn the tide, but it has failed horribly.

  13. The Russian economy needs young men.

Russia sends young men to be wounded or killed in Ukraine.

    That’s the Russian way.

  14. Q: what do you call it when a russian climbs up a tree?
A: one fewer russian left on the face of the earth.

  15. A strange way to say “sending to die for nothing” but OK
