>Alighting from the 11:15 Train in Kent, Neville Ó Súilleabháin declared to the assembled crowd:
>>The settlement of the fishing grounds problem, which has now been achieved is, in my view, only the prelude to a larger settlement in which all Europe may find peace. This morning I had another talk with the Russian Ambassador, Mr Filatov, and here is the paper which bears his name upon it as well as mine [shows paper to crowd]. Some of you, perhaps, have already heard what it contains but I would just like to read it to you: ” … We regard the agreement signed last night and the Russo-Hibernian Naval Agreement as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another”
> Later, from the steps of Skibbereen town hall he added
>>”I believe it is peace for our time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Go home and get a nice quiet sleep.”
Sound bunch of lads really
> 43 fishermen die of mysterious novichok positioning
It’s all a bit silly
Surely they’ve got bigger fish to fry
Not too hate but I feel like to two head of the fishing org are fairly gullible, How can one fish where ever given the entire zone will have fast maneuvering russian vessels firing all kinds of weapons system’s.
Look I hope its all worked out but I feel they have been killed by kindness and “guarantees”.
The ambassador’s name is ‘Filatov’
Filatov Fish anyone?
Captain Birdseye is bout to go off
Would be a good time for the government to explain that most of the Russia and China stories we read are spooky western propaganda pieces.
Actually Russians will help them. All the fish will swim belly up on the surface ready to be picked.
