I love anime and all the stuff related to Japan, so today I visited Outland and I saw figures for over 6'799 nok. And this price is just ridiculous for me.
For example the figure of Shiro and Schwi the price in a official shop first hand in japan is just for 20'800 yen around 1'500 nok…
I have been in japan and in the second hand markets you can get high quality figures for 200 nok. And the counterfeits or fake figures from China are around 100nok in wish or temu, so this guys are going pumping insanely the prices of this, from my perspectives.

  1. Yes they are. Without going in second hand or China, for example the lookup figures of chainsaw man go for 1000nok while in Eu are like 45€(522nok more or less)

  3. Outland has insane prices for everything, its just out of this world how much % they add on top of what they sell. I would imagine they get reduced costs on their imports since they must have some deal worked out.

    Anyways, I would just buy them directly from the retailer or take a flight, get what I want and enjoy some time away while buying these things.

  6. Agreed! I usually buy at Amazon.com and find the that can be shipped for free so it doesn’t cost too much. For example, the same figure you posted will cost at least half less than ones you can buy in Norway.

  8. I stumbled into the same problem, trying to buy a figure of Lady Maria. They were even worse. Including shipping, they could get over 20 000 nok. One was over 29 000 at full price and shipping

  9. I can print this on my 3d printer for about 5-15 usd XD
