Need Help with Alditalk: Can’t Top Up and Can’t Use Data Despite Having Balance

Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble with my Alditalk service and hoping someone can help.

Issue 1: I tried to top up my account, but it's not working even though it's been over 24 hours.

Issue 2: I can't use my data, even though I still have data balance remaining.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? Any tips on how to resolve them would be greatly appreciated!
