  5. and here goes their production levels of the fuel needed for their tanks. And more importantly ALSO for their farm tractors. They’re going to have to import it at this rate at great expense.

    I suspect that is why Putin made their newest military lead a person who understood this sort of thing. War is complex and surviving financially iis part of it, and it does appear that Russia is struggling. Ironically in a horrific way the end of the war could cause problems too if they bailed on this endeavor.
