So he exposed himself in 2016, and was fired for it in 2020?
Common Sense. There likely wasn’t anything in his contract about not exposing himself. And it sounds like he did it off-premises anyway.
Looks like the issue was more with the disciplinary procedures of the restaurant than anything to do with what he did.
Sounds fair, using something from years ago as a reason to sack you is bullshit, it’s either outrageous at the time or it’s not.
