I wonder if both are a hair either side the colour spectrum. Perhaps there’s a few more decimal places after 2.8 that makes the difference
Red for ready salted and yellow for cheese duh
It depends on which fats are present.
The four main ones are:
monounsaturated fats.
polyunsaturated fats.
saturated fats.
trans fats.
Some are worse than others
