A remarkable and very telling tape indeed. We have a sitting justice who’s not ashamed to reveal that he has strong, biased views on important issues, and he’s not afraid to publicly express them.
And when people say “well this is what is ‘constitutional’ because the courts ruled, we’ll all you have to do is look at this piece of work to appreciate that his opinions have nothing to do with the constitution and everything to do with his ideology.
I am not an American but a wondering “Is there any legal process for a Supreme Court (or several) Justice to be removed?”
