  2. IMO mocking the dependants of dead Russian servicemen and publishing the footage doesn’t serve the Ukrainian cause.

    Ukraine always absolutely needs to maintain the moral high ground as this is the primary reason for the ongoing support by EU and US.

  5. Man, the human need for vengeance is strong ey…? While I somewhat understand the impulse, I hope the UA army uses incidents like this to teach their soldiers how NOT to behave. Pretty sure if this was a US soldier doing something like this to an iraqi/afghan he would’ve been dishonorably discharged from the military, but I’ll leave the validity of that statement to someone more familiar with US military rules/culture to confirm….

Ukraine’s allies in the West can never condone this conduct and I’m pretty certain that the Ukrainian government and military would neither.

  21. I remember before the full invasion. Russians got hold of a Ukrainians phone as he died and they called his mother but was very respectful and just informed her that her son had passed away.

    Doing what this prick has done isn’t acceptable no matter what side he is on.
