We were victim of hail storm in Soll Austria last June 9, 2024. Almost everything exterior is damaged(Windshields, both side mirrors, Front lights, rear lights, door handle, bumper). We reported the incident to insurance on June 10. The car is in ADAC Kufstein now. The insurance advised us that they will send someone to see the car in Kufstein. My question is how long do this process take until we get something from the insurance. Car is daily used for my 1 year old son and daily service to work so having a car is really needed for us. Did you have any experience with claiming from car insurance in Germany? How long does it takes and what process did you take.
